EULA - Wake Up Well

This software may not, in whole or in any part, be copied, reproduced, transmitted, translated (into any language, natural or computer), stored in a retrieval system, reduced to any electronic medium or machine readable format, or by any other form or means without prior consent, in writing, from AppDevs.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AppDevs be liable to you or any party related to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits, even if AppDevs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, AppDevs total aggregate liability to you for all damages of every kind and type (regardless of whether based in contract or tort) shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

This EULA may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this EULA regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
